Terms of supply

Research-use restriction

All products are offered strictly for legitimate laboratory and research purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary use. Customers must be authorized to purchase and handle the requested materials. YZF Peptide does not provide medical claims, dosing advice or usage instructions.

Supplier information

YZF Peptide coordinates research product wholesale supply and was established on 15 April 2023 in Guangzhou, China. Available batch documentation is provided by laboratories in China; laboratory identity and other non-public supply-chain information are redacted or not published.

Quotation and order confirmation

One-box inquiries are accepted. Larger purchasing plans may request a tailored distributor quotation. Availability, shipping, duties, applicable taxes, payment details, complimentary items and final pricing are confirmed in writing through WhatsApp before acceptance. Bank transfer and cryptocurrency may be offered after confirmation.

Customization

Custom presentation or labeling may be considered for sufficiently large distributor orders. Feasibility, minimum quantities, lead time and pricing are agreed separately.

Catalog accuracy

We aim to keep product specifications current. Final written confirmation controls if a catalog entry conflicts with a quotation. Listings marked as pending detail must be verified before ordering.

Privacy notice

Information collected

Website inquiries store the purchaser type, contact name, company, country, WhatsApp detail, selected products, quantities, gift preference, notes and research-use confirmation. Connected Meta instant forms import the contact details and answers provided there together with Meta lead, form and ad identifiers. An IP address may be processed to estimate country and show USD or GBP. The site also stores language and inquiry-list choices in the visitor's browser. A separate anonymous activity session is retained for up to 3 days; it does not store a name, WhatsApp detail, inquiry fields, product selections or a full IP address. If optional analytics is allowed, standard UTM values may be stored for attribution and Meta fbc/fbp browser identifiers may be stored in cookies for up to 90 days; gclid and fbclid are not stored as inquiry fields.

How information is used

Information is used to prepare quotations, route WhatsApp conversations, manage order follow-up, prevent misuse and maintain business records. It is not sold for advertising. The anonymous activity record is used only in the YZF administration area and is hidden after its visitor submits an inquiry. Meta Conversions API may receive Lead or Contact event details, browser type and IP address. When a lead reaches a later CRM stage, Meta may also receive QualifiedLead or ConvertedLead: Meta instant-form leads are matched by their Meta Lead ID, while website leads are matched only after optional analytics permission using fbc/fbp and SHA-256 hashed contact data. CRM events do not include products, prices, inquiry text or raw contact details. Optional Meta and Google browser tags load only after permission. WhatsApp communications are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

Retention and requests

Anonymous activity records are automatically removed after 3 days. Inquiry records are retained on the YZF Peptide server for business follow-up and recordkeeping. A customer may request correction or deletion through the same WhatsApp contact, subject to legal and transaction-record requirements.

Security

The public site does not collect payment card details. Administrative access is password protected. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Shipping policy

Dispatch and delivery timing

Orders confirmed before 19:00 China time are normally dispatched the same day. Orders confirmed after the cutoff are normally dispatched on the next business day. Deliveries to the United States and United Kingdom usually arrive within 7 days after dispatch, but this is not an absolute delivery-time guarantee.

Shipping, duties and taxes

Orders ship from China. Shipping, duties and applicable taxes are included in the final confirmed quotation, with delivery arranged to the customer address; no additional duty or tax is normally expected on delivery. Customers must provide complete and accurate recipient information and cooperate with any lawful carrier or import request.

Loss, transit damage or quality dispute

Verified package loss or transit damage is eligible for reshipment. Quality concerns must be reported within 14 days of delivery with the order number, batch details and available photos. Opened products are accepted for review. When a quality claim is approved, the customer may choose a full refund or replacement shipment.

Receiving and storage

Customers are responsible for prompt receipt and appropriate storage. Unopened lyophilized products should be protected from light and moisture, stored at 2-8°C short term or -20°C long term. After reconstitution, follow product documentation and minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
